Hi my name is Oscar, I am an one year old, male, Labrador/Dalmatian cross. I love to play and get on very well with other dogs.  I do know basic commands but I need reminding occasionally.  I would be suited to an active owner and would make a nice family dog.  I could benefit from further training.

My name is Daisy, I am approximately one year old, female Whippet cross.  I know basic commands and I love to race!  I have a sweet nature and would greatly benefit from some one who has lots of energy and time to spend with me.  I prefer human to other dog company, I could make someone a lovely companion.

I am Chelsea, I am a female staffy x, approximately 7 months old.  I am a lovely girl who just wants to be loved and have fun.  I need a bit more training, but am very biddable and keen to please.  I seem to get on well with other dogs.  I have a nice respect for cats, so could be ok with household pets.  I am a lovely girl who is just looking for a nice home.

I am Cyrus, I am an 11 month old Rotty x male.  I am a nice natured boy who is full of fun.  I get on well with most other dogs and I learn quickly.  I have not had a lot of training so would benefit from someone who has time to teach me.  I have a gentle nature and seem well mannered.

I am Chloe, I am approximately 6 months to 1 year old.  I am an easy going girl who loves to play.  I am also a dog in need of some basic training.  My heritage means that I should be a quick learner and could make a wonderful family pet.  I am quite and aim to please.

I am Copper, I am a male crossbreed dog, approximately 1 year old.  I am a very loving and devoted boy.  I just want to be around and close to people.  I have a gentle nature and a lovely personality.  I seem to get on well with other dogs, so could make a great companion dog.  I am not high energy but enjoy a good walk and to be with company.

My name is Russ, I am a lovely 9-10 week old staffy x.  I am a sweet boy who is probably going to grow into a medium to large size dog.  I have a lovely temperament but would benefit from someone who has time to teach and train me. 

I am Litesia, I am a lovely medium haired girl, around 6 years old.  I am an extremely placid girl who would make a lovely family pet.  I will fit into most household without any problems.  I am good with kids and other cats, so am a really good all rounder, please help me find a good home.

I am Benji, I am another medium haired boy, who is around 7 years old.  I am a extremely loving smoochy cat I am probably the nicest most relaxed boy here at the moment.  I have lovely marking and am extremely handsome.  I get on well with kids and cats and will make a lovely compantion.

We are Tinky 1 and Tinky 2, we are brothers who enjoy each others company.  We are only young boys around 1 year old.  We are almost identical hence our names are the same.  We would really prefer to stay together so hopefully there is someone out there who would be willing to take us on together. 

I am Roger, I lovely short haired tabby boy, about 2 ½ years old. I am a lovely boy who was abandoned by my previous owners, so am looking for a more permanent home.  I am a bit reserved until I get to know you. I am not enjoying the noisy dogs at the SPCA so am looking for a nice quite home quick smart, can you please help.

My name is Buster.  I am a short haired boy approximately 3 years old.   I have travelled all the way from Motueka looking for a second chance at life.  I am a bit of a shy boy who is struggling to find his feet at the SPCA.  I need a secure loving home with someone who can take the time to get to know me.  Once I know you I am extremely loving and smoochy.

I am Smudge, I was the first cat this year to give birth at the Nelson SPCA.  My babies are not quite ready for homes, but I am.  I am just a young girl myself approximately 2 years old. I have recently come back to the SPCA from foster, and am not liking being back here in a cage, so am desperate for a nice home, can you help.

My name is Choco, I am a lovely chocolate brown rabbit.  I was picked up as a stray and unfortunately nobody claimed me. I am an adult rabbit who may have been living rough for a while.  I am in need of some TLC if you can help please come and visit me at the SPCA

We are two lovely white female rats.  We are friendly and don’t mind being handled.  We need a secure cage and the love and attention from someone who knows what wonderful pets we make.

I am Smokey, I am a lovely Rex x rabbit.  I am only a young girl around 7 months old.  I was brought in with my sister because we were not getting along.  I am much happier now that she has found a home, but now I am looking for a good place to live myself.  I am a bit of a timid girl, so would benefit from an experienced owner.

My name is Peaches, I am a 4 year old Angora Rabbit, I am a very docile rabbit who needs an extremely experienced owner.  I will need grooming at least once a week.  I am currently at the vet having my lovely coat cut as it was in a bit of a state when I arrived.  Do you know lots about angora rabbits, I might just be the girl for you.
